How To Become a MLB Umpire
Jim Evans runs an umpire school right here in our back yard! His school runs in the winter months in Kissimmee at the Houston Astros spring training facility. Jim has graciously given our little league umpires some free umpire training at his facility.
District 3 Web Site
Districts 3, 23, and 24 are included with us (district 14) in section 5. Terri O'Neal is the district administrator for District 3. This district includes Buena Ventura Lakes, Celebration, Conway, Delaney Park, Kissimmee, Pine Castle, South Orange, and St. Cloud Little Leagues.

Ken Woodburn is the administrator for district 23 which consists of 8 local leagues serving all of Seminole County and Apopka located in Orange County. They offer Tee Ball, Coach Pitch, Minor, Major, Junior and Senior League programs in both baseball and softball.
Member Leagues: Apopka, Casselberry, Lake Mary, Oviedo, and Sanford.
