2009 Open/Close Schedule

Fall Ball

Dover Little League CLOSING PROCEDURESOnce all players have cleared the ball fields for the evening…

Take keys from Bulletin Board located in the hallway to the concession stand (they are marked with “Leave Keys”)Go to the Minor League fields. 

1.     Turn off the field lights.  Field light switches are located inside the garage door at the circuit breaker box (where the pitching machine is stored).

2.     Pull down garage door and secure with latch, then lock with deadbolt.  (If deadbolt has been secured, a deadbolt key has been added to key ring).

3.     Minor Field Restrooms:Turn off Minor Field Restroom lights.  They are located in the closet door between the restrooms on the right side wall.  Turn out light in closet, close and lock door. Lock Girls and Boys Restroom Doors.

 Go to Snack Bar Building:

1.     Lock both Restroom Doors.

2.     Enter building, make sure door is locked behind you.  (Door will open from the inside.)

3.     Turn off ALL Field lights.  They are located in the basement.  Down the steps, to the right, in the utility room at the circuit breaker box.  Each switch is marked for the field in which they control.

4.     Turn out bathroom lights located on hallway wall.  Hang keys on bulletin board.

5.     If snack bar manager is still on duty, please ask her/him to close and lock the inside snack bar door (the snack bar is on its own alarm system – you need not worry about the closing/locking the snack bar other than to inform them you are setting the alarm at the back door).

6.     When all doors are closed, hit AWAY on alarm system keypad and exit the building.
