This is an exciting week for us.  We play of first game Sunday 9/7/08.  Please make sure that your childs paperwork is complete so they can play in the game. 

We will need many parents to help in the concession stand.  While your child is warming up with the team, you can be helping in the stand.  We need this extra help at every home game.  The stand is open all day to serve food & beverages. 

Pictures will be taken for the Cheerleaders on Monday 9/8/08 during regular practice time.  We will also retake the team photos since some kids were not present before.  If your child missed pictures the first time, you may be able to get a packet taken on Monday.  The photo company will let us know for sure.

Next week we are on the shorter shcool schedule, Monday-Wednesday-Friday.  I will update the website for new changes to the schedule. 

The Final Certification is Wednesday 9/3/08.  Be at the CAYA Building

119-23^rd Ave S, Seattle, WA 98122 by 8:00pm. 

All paperwork & a copy of Birth Certificates must be turned in by Friday 9/5/08. I have to get all of the paperwork in proper & complete order to verify all players for our first game 9/7/08.  Check with me to make sure we have all paperwork for your child.  Your child will not be able to participate in the game without all proper documentation.

We had a very good turn out for the Jamboree on Saturday.  By all reports from the players they did not have enough playing time.  20 minutes was nothing to them, they wanted more.  Our first game is scheduled for September 7th & the kids are ready to play some football.

We had a very good fundraiser with the cups.  The order is being prepared & we will let everyone know when they are in & ready for pick up.  It should be about 6 weeks.

The cheerleaders will be scheduling a time for pictures, this is TBA at a later date.

Please be sure that all of your paperwork is turned in soon.  I have o prepare the books before game day to show all players are eligible & certified to play.  If you have any question stop by & ask.

The first day of the season is here.  Be at Zenith Park for practice 5:30-7:30pm, Today.  Monday August 4th is the next practice, then daily until shcool starts.
