The 2009 Registration Form is a blank form you can fill in and bring to our in-person registration. This form is for new players. If you played for DLL in 2008 we will have your form available for review at registration. If you are mailing in a registration send it to PO Box 202 in Dudley along with a check. (You may be able to fill this out on your computer and then print it.) The 2009 Volunteer Application and 2009 CORI Form are required for all adult volunteers. The latest CORI form can also be found on the web site of the Dudley-Charlton Regional School District. The Pitcher Eligibility Form should be maintained by each team and made available for every game to verify which players are eligible to pitch, and for how many innings.
