This is the official site of the new Diamond Flag Football League.
The Diamond Flag Football League is a 5 on 5 flag football league that will begin play in March of 2008 in Mandeville LA. In the first season of play the (DFFL) will only have 4 teams in the league. The first year there will be a 1 team manger assign to all 4 teams. Then at the beginning of May 2008 there will be a try out for all players wanting to play in the league. And from there the 4 team mangers will have a draft. No player that trys out, will be left out. The next season the players may stay on the same team or change teams with both teams approval but can not renter the draft. All new players must go through the draft. The (DFFL) hopes to have 8 teams for the 2009 season.
