The DC Stoddert Edge is a Girls GU-14 team that competes in the Washington Area Girls Soccer League (WAGS). WAGS is one of the premier travel soccer leagues in the United States, with participation from over 60 soccer clubs sponsoring almost 350 teams. Member clubs span the region from Fredericksburg, Virginia to Baltimore, Maryland.
The mission of the DC Stoddert Soccer Travel Program is to provide a professionally coached, competitive and fun environment in which players can reach their highest individual and collective potentials.
The Edge plays in WAGS GU-14 Division 2. Team accomplishments:

- Winners of the WAGS Sportsmanship Award, Fall 2007 and Spring 2008 seasons
The team is coached by Kate Samsot, Director of Travel Soccer for DC Stoddert Soccer Club, and a former varsity soccer player at the University of North Carolina. Kate has a United States Soccer Federation A coaching license and has coached numerous successful youth travel soccer teams. She is also a coach in the Olympic Development Program.
