Welcome to DCBWelcome to the Dugout Club Baseball team website!
The DCB Team Development Director is Coach David Stephenson.
Coach Stephenson has been a baseball coach at the collegiate and high school level for fifteen years, five as a head junior college coach, and a high school coach at Sandy Creek, Lithia Springs, and Sprayberry High School in East Cobb County. He has a win loss record of 247-111 and has had 14 players drafted by major league baseball.

Team & Try Out News
The goal of DCB is to put together the best teams at each age group. We also want every player to be successful at their particular skill level. This being the goal, we expect every player to go through the try out process.
Coaches at each age division will be designated as skill specific teams. (ex. #1 teams will play at the AAA or Major skill level, #2 teams will play at the AA skill level).
Coaches coming into the organization with players already committed to their team will have all their players go through the try out process also. Teams that are already formed will be guided by the DCB staff as to what skill level they will need to play. If there are more than 10 players already designated for a particular team, that team will NOT be designated as the DCB #1 team (Tigers). These teams can however decide to play at as high of a skill level as the DCB staff recommends.
