FUNDRAISING: Any money raised by a team will be available for the individual team’s use.  This money must be used for soccer related expenses (i.e. players membership fees, soccer bags, sweat suits, tournament expenses, scrimmage game referee fees, soccer related equipment, etc.)  Money left over at the end of the year will be transferred to the team’s fundraising account for the next year provided that some of the following conditions are met:

1.       The majority of the team is intact

2.       Major contributor’s child (or child of the acquirer of contribution) remains with the team.

3.       All players are paid in full and/or have made arrangements with the Club.

The decisions of what amounts of money will be transferred are at the sole discretion of the Delray Beach Competitive Soccer Operations Committee.  All suggestions for fundraising ideas must be submitted to the Fundraising Chairman of the Delray Beach Competitive Soccer Operations Committee and/or the entire Delray Beach Competitive Soccer Operations Committee in writing on the Delray Beach Competitive Soccer Fundraising Request Form.  No one is to represent Delray Beach Competitive Soccer for fundraising without approval of the Delray Beach Competitive Soccer Operations Committee.  No one other than the Delray Beach Competitive Soccer Operations Committee may sign or agree to any type of fundraising proposal.  Teams are required to provide a report on the Delray Beach Competitive Soccer Fundraising Results report form after the completion of a fundraising event.  Teams are not allowed to maintain private bank accounts in the name of Delray Beach Soccer.
