Crookston Blue line hockey: Register a Player

Registration for the 2012-2013 season is now available on line.

PLEASE READ AND FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS.

All you need to do is click on the following link, verify and complete the steps.

Information you entered last year will need to be verified and/or updated on the "profile page". When done just click on "next" to continue the process.

Blue Line Fees have remained the same from last year.

Please note: Required raffle tickets for all peanuts/8U thru bantam/14U are INCLUDED in your fee price.  If you choose to purchase ADDITIONAL raffle books you can click on that option.

Termites and Dynamites are not required to sell raffle tickets but may opt to purchase/sell them, and any sales would be greatly appreciated.

Meal tickets for Hockey Fun Night are also an available option.  (**please note meal tickets will NOT be sold at the door and must be purchased in advance** )

If you choose to use a credit card or debit card there will be additional user fees added.

If you choose to pay with cash or check you must get your payment to Val Rauner at the BLC line or bring it to registration at the rink on Sept. 17th & 18th from 5:00-7:00pm.

You will also need to pick up your raffle tickets book(s) at registration or from Val.

You will also be required to have your USA Hockey confirmation number in order to register with the Blue Line Club.  If you have not already done so, please register with USA Hockey.
