PAL Programs

The Cranford P.A.L, established in 1981, continues to provide positive activities for children. The P.A.L. sponsors the following activities: Basketball-Girls (4th – 8th grade), Basketball-Boys (4th – 8th grade), Cheerleading (3rd – 8th grade), Field Hockey (4th – 6th grade), Flag Football (1st – 2nd grade), Football (3rd – 8th grade), Track and Field (1st – 8th grade), Volleyball-Girls (4th - 8th grade), Wrestling (1st – 6th grade), Flag Rugby (age 5 - 13 years old) and Fencing (ages 7-14).

The strength of the P.A.L. is the dedication and tenacity of the volunteers who give selflessly to the children, working to make difference in their lives. The considerable financial and administrative support that volunteers, parents and coaches give to youth sports is generated in part by the conviction that athletic participation instills certain desirable educational, social, and personal values.
