Welcome to the Coventry Concessions Stand Page Coventry Little League is able to offer a clean and safe complex for Baseball and Softball with no fundraising efforts due to the impact of the concessions stand. The work of all volunteers is critical to the league's financial vitality, and is greatly appreciated. CONCESSION SCHEDULE - 4/4/09 thru 6/21/09 CONCESSION SCHEDULE - 6/24/09 thru 7/20/09 NOTE 6/18/09: This schedule consists of all star parents and those we have heard from that need and want make ups from the regular season. If you still need a regular season make up, please contact econdello@comcast.net and you will be given that opportunity. Frequently Asked Questions: Q – Can I be scheduled during my child’s games/practices or can I be scheduled not during my child’s games/practices? A - Unfortunately we cannot schedule around games or practices. With ~550 players and over 600 games, it would be an impossible administrative task. Players are assigned alphabetically to populate hours on the schedule. If it so happens that an assignment falls during a time that is not satisfactory with a parent, it is their responsibility to switch with someone. Q – We will be away on vacation for a week in May, can we be not scheduled then? A – Yes, if you know now of a week you will be away from 4/20/09 thru mid-June, we can make note on your player’s record and not schedule you for that week. HOWEVER, NOTICE OF UNAVAILABLE WEEKS MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE 4/5/09 TO BE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE THE REQUEST. ONCE THE SCHEDULE IS CREATED, HOWEVER, CHANGES CANNOT BE ADMINISTERED BY CLL. Send vacation requests to quittner@comcast.net AND econdello@comcast.net before 4/5/09. Q – I worked an extra hour after my assignment to cover for someone who didn’t show. Can I get credit for my next assignment and not come for that one? A – Unfortunately, no. While we appreciate your stepping up to help out when needed but not scheduled, the schedule for the season has already been set and you are counted on for your future spot.
