The Varsity and Senior teams will be headed to an Indianapolis Colts vs. SF 49ers game on Sunday, November 1st.
Following are some Frequently Asked Questions. If there is a question you have that is not listed below, please send a note to Jeff Callahan, jcalnd@yahoo.com, and he will get it answered and have it posted here.
What’s the cost per player
$75 each - this includes the ticket to the game and the bus ride to and from the game
How are they getting there
By charter bus that the league sets up for us.
Are parents included
If a player is going, he must have a parent/guardian also going.
Will parents be able to buy tickets to the game and if so, at what cost
As noted above, at least one parent/guardian must go and they need to buy a ticket at $75
If more than 1 parent wants to go or if other family members want to go, will they be able to buy tickets?
Yes, once all Varsity and Senior players and at least one parent have purchased their tickets, then the rest of the tickets can be bought by anyone. There is no maximum number of tickets each family can buy.
If players are bused to Indy, will parents be riding the bus too

Do we actually play a game in the Lucas Oil Stadium
Yes, at the conclusion of the Colts game (against the 49'ers) our Varsity and Senior teams will play another Varsity and Senior team from JFLOCI on the field.
Since two Senior teams and two Varsity teams are going, are they scrimmaging against each other or playing some other team

What is the time frame for the day (when do we leave and get back)
TBD - the Colts game is at 1:00 EST. This is an all day event, so plan on leaving early in the morning and not getting back until the evening.

Indianapolis Colts Game Is Near!!
Ticket prices have been provided, and we are now accepting ticket orders for the Colts/49er's game scheduled for November 1st. This is an event where our Varsity and Senior teams will be allowed to play league games on the Colt’s field, at the conclusion of the Colt’s/49er’s game. Players and parents who are not Varsity and Senior players are also welcomed to purchase tickets and attend. Ticket prices are $75 per ticket. Group ticket orders can be submitted, but we cannot guarantee all groups will be able to be honored; some members in a group may have to be split up to nearby seats. EACH CHILD/PLAYER MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY THEIR PARENT OR GUARDIAN. The $75 pays for the bus and your game ticket. Buses will drop us off at the entrance to the stadium. If you would want to purchase tickets but not ride the bus over, you can do that, but you will still need to pay $75 per ticket. We have a short ticket purchasing timeframe this year, as all payments need to be given to Cougars no later than next Monday, October 19th. I will then turn orders and payments in to the league office. We should be receiving the actual tickets sometime during the week preceding the game. Any requests for refunds will not be honored, but you are welcome to re-sale your tickets to someone else if you cannot make it. Departure time has yet to be finalized, but it should be expected to be around 6:30 AM on November 1st. Buses will pick us up at the State Farm Corporate South complex, parking lot "D". For those not familiar with Corp. South, we will be posting a map for you on the website prior to that weekend. Vehicles may be left in the State Farm parking lot where we will be picked up and dropped off by the buses (Peoria Charter buses). Please use the ordering form below for your ticket purchases.
2009 COLTS TICKETS PURCHASE ORDER FORM

The Cougars organization is not responsible for payment made in cash.
There is no limit to how many tickets can be purchased in one order.
Please be aware that consecutive ticket seating for large groups
cannot be guaranteed.
