Yearbook Cover 

If you have ordered or would like to order a 2009 Cougar yearbook, please put payment in the drawer, marked 'Special Events' located under the shelter at North Point by Monday, Sept. 28th. 

Along with your payment, please add the following information:   Players name and team the parent(s) name, address, phone number and email address (if you have one).  If you have any special requests for me, Leeann Palmer, please include that.   

Put your payment, information and any special requests into an envelope with my name on the envelope in the Special Events drawer.  You can also give it to me if you see me.   If you are paying with cash, please give your envelope to me, not in the drawer.

 The ‘Cougar Yearbook’ needs a cover! This year we would like our Cougar players to assist us in designing a cover for the yearbook. Here are the rules:

-           One submission per player. (Families with more than one player can submit one perplayer)         

 -    Keep it ‘G’ rated; no foul language, inappropriate innuendos, or suggestive themes-          Tackle, Flag and Cheerleaders are all welcome to participate

-          All designs must be done by the player

-          Designs must be original, no copies of someone else’s work.

-          Any medium may be used, color or black and white

-          No photos

-          Try to submit a size of 8 x 8 or 10 x 10 (square is good, but not a requirement) on plain white paper.

-   Your cover design must be to Leeann Palmer no later than September 1^st.  You may email your submission to me or you can turn it in at the practice field. 

The Cougar board will vote on all submissions.  The one with the most votes wins.  The winner’s submitted design will be on the cover of this year’s yearbook.  The winner will also receive a free yearbook. 

Players of Cougar board members are not eligible.

leeann.palmer@mchsi.com with your name, email address, phone number and all of your player information.  The order for the yearbooks will be placed the first week of October and distributed at your end of the season banquet.  Payment must be received before the yearbook order is placed.         

The yearbook is 10 x 8 inches, soft cover and approximately 40 pages.  Each team picture, including tackle, flag and cheer, photos of Cougar functions and various game action shots are in the yearbook.
