FROM THE EAST: I-84 West to Exit 39A, Route 9 South. Exit 29 to Ella Grasso Boulevard. Turn Right to the University. At second light take a left. 1st left into parking lot. Pool is located in Kaiser Hall Building on right at end of street.
FROM THE WEST: I-84 East to Exit 39A, Route 9 South. Exit 29 to Ella Grasso Boulevard. Turn right to the University. At second light take a left. 1st left into parking lot. Pool is located in Kaiser Hall Building on right at end of street.
FROM THE SOUTH: Route 91 South to I-84 West to Exit 39A, Route 9 South. Exit 29 to Ella Grasso Boulevard. Turn right onto University. At second light take a left. 1st left into parking lot. Pool is located in Kaiser Hall Building on right at end of street.
FROM THE SOUTHWEST: I-95 North to I-91 North to Exit 22N, Route 9 North. Exit 29 to Cedar Street. Left at the end of the ramp, then right at second traffic light to University. Park in the 1st parking garage on right. Pool is in Kaiser Hall exit garage opposite side that you entered and cross street.
FROM THE SOUTHEAST: I-95 South to Route 9 North. Exit 29 Cedar Street. Left at end of ramp, then right at second traffic light to University. Park in the 1st parking garage on right. Pool is in Kaiser Hall exit garage opposite side that you entered and cross street.

From Hartford and points north: Take I-84 East to Route 2 East to I-395 South (exit 28S). Proceed approximately 8 miles to Route 32 South (exit 78 which is a left exit). Continue on Route 32 South about 1 mile. After you pass under the pedestrian bridge, turn left at the light into the Charles B. Luce Field House / Dayton Arena Natatorium parking area.
From New York and points south: Take I-95 North to Exit 83. Make a left at the light at the end of the exit. Go to the next light and turn right past the entrance to the US Coast Guard Academy onto Route 32 North. Turn right at the third light. You will see a sign for the Charles B. Luce Field House / Dayton Arena Natatorium parking area.

Take exit 25N (Putnam Bridge-Glastonbury Rte 3) follow to right onto Route 2East Norwich
Take a left fork in the road, exit 7 sign says Rte 17/Portland
Take a second left fork (about 3/4 mile), sign says E. Glastonbury/New London Tnpke.
This fork will bring you onto New London Turnpike in Glastonbury & to the first traffic light.
Continue past first traffic light.
Directly before 2nd traffic light, on your right will be a green street sign (says Hubbard Street) & a ramp, turn right onto the ramp which brings you to Hubbard Street.
The school is on your left after a few houses.
Come in the main doors and to main office on your immediate right.
FROM ROUTE 2
From Rte 2 West: Take exit 10 (Manchester), turn left at exit stop sign, going over highway;
Turn right at next stop sign onto New London Tnpke;
At 2nd traffic light (about 2 miles), turn left onto Hubbard St.
The school is on your left after a few houses.
From Rte 2 East:
Take exit 7 (Norwich) -left fork in road to Rte 17
Take Rte 17 (left fork), sign says E. Glastonbury/New London Tnpke.
This fork will bring you onto New London Turnpike in Glastonbury & to the first traffic light. Continue past 1st taffic light.

From the West
Take the Massachusetts Turnpike east to Exit 18 (Allston/Cambridge). After paying toll, bear left at fork towards Allston. Turn right at second set of lights onto North Harvard Street. Proceed approximately one mile. The following facilities will be on your left: Harvard Stadium, Bright Hockey Center, Blodgett Pool, Palmer Dixon Tennis Courts, Beren Tennis Center, Gordon Track, Cumnock Field, Jordan Field, O'Donnell Field, and the softball field. Ohiri Field, used for soccer, will be on your right. For football, men's ice hockey, and men's basketball, you must have a Gate 6 parking pass to enter at this location. Public parking is available for football at Gate 14, which is accessible from Soldiers Field Road.
From the North
Take I-93 south to Storrow Drive exit. Take Storrow Drive west for approximately five miles. Exit at Harvard Square/North Harvard Street. At top of exit, turn left onto North Harvard Street . DIRECTIONS: From Rte. 15 (Wilbur Cross Parkway, Exit 59, South, from Hartford): At the end of the exit ramp, turn right. Rte. 63 (Amity Road) and Rte. 69 (Litchfield Turnpike) merge to form Whalley Ave. Approximately ¾ of a mile from that intersection, turn right onto Rte. 122 (Dayton Street). After traveling one block, follow Rte. 122 through the traffic signal onto Forest Road. The Hopkins driveway is on the right immediately after the next traffic signal.
From Rte. 34 or 15 (Wilbur Cross Parkway, Exit 57 North, from NYC): From Rte. 15, take Rte. 34 (Derby Turnpike) east for 2-1/2 miles; turn left onto Rte. 122 (Forest Road). Hopkins is on the left after approximately ½ mile.
From Rte. 91 or Rte. 95 North (New London- Hartford): Exit at the Oak Street Connector-Downtown Rte. 34 (which is Exit #1 on I-91 and Exit #47 on I-95). Proceed to the end of the connector and then exit straight ahead onto the parallel Frontage Road (Rte. 34). Continue on this road about two miles until you reach the Boulevard. Take a right and get into the far left lane. At the light take a leftall the while remaining on Rte. 34. Continue until you come to Rte. 122 (Forest Road). Take a right and Hopkins will be on the left after traveling about ½ mile.
From Rte. 95 (North, from NYC): Use Exit #43 (Rte. 122, Campbell Ave. West Haven). Turn left at the end of the ramp. Follow Rte. 122 for 2 miles across both Rte 1 (Boston Post Road) and Rte 34 (Derby Turnpike), at which point it becomes Forest Road. Hopkins is on the left about ½ mile ahead.

North Haven Town Pool
I-91 Exit 12 southbound, left at end of ramp, down Washington Avenue. Northbound, Exit 11, right at end of ramp to light, right onto Washington Avenue. Then right at Washington onto Broadway, left at light onto Elm. Pool is just past town library.
Merritt Parkway, Exit 63, southbound right at end of ramp to light. Left onto Route 22; northbound right at end of the ramp onto Route 22. Then follow Route 22 connector to Washington Avenue. Follow as above.

Take I 95 to Exit 16, East Avenue. Go West on East Avenue for 2 lights. Make a right on Sunset Hill Avenue. Go all the way to end (Sunset Hill becomes Tierney Street). At stop sign (Strawberry Hill Avenue) make a left. Take Strawberry to County Street. Make right on County Street. Driveway to High School is on your right. Go all the way to top of driveway and look for a spot. Entrance to pool is first door on the right, PAT SPINOLA NATATORIUM.

Ocean Beach
The Ocean Beach Competition Pool is located at 98 Neptune Ave, New London, CT. via 95 North, take exit 82A (Frontage Road) to Colman Street exit. Take a left onto Colman Street, drive to the end. Take a left onto Bank Street and first right onto Ocean Avenue. At the end of Ocean Avenue, take a right at the blinking light. Continue straight into the park entrance.

DIRECTIONS: I-91 North, take Exit 25 (Route 3). Take first exit after bridge (Glastonbury). Turn left at first traffic light. Turn left onto Main Street (north). Continue north on Main Street past large shopping center to first light. Turn left onto Broad Street. Broad Street becomes High Street at Naubuc Avenue. Continue 300 yards. Pool is on right.
From Route 2 West, take Hebron Avenue exit. At exit proceed to Main Street (Glastonbury). Turn right onto Main Street (north) and follow directions above.
I-84 East or West, take exit to CT Route 2 East to East Hartford. Take High Street exit. At bottom of the ramp, turn right. Proceed onto High Street for 300 yards. Pool is on the left.

Southern CT State University - Hutchinson Natatorium
Southern Connecticut State University (Hutchinson Natatorium):
From New York: I-95, Exit 44 (Kimberly Avenue, Route 10). Turn right at the end of the exit onto Kimberly Avenue, then left at the stoplight onto Ella Grasso Boulevard, Route 10. Ella Grasso Boulevard ends at Crescent Street, near the south entrance to the campus.
From New York: Merritt-Wilbur Cross Parkway, Exit 59 (Whalley Avenue). Head south on Whalley Avenue, turn left onto Fitch Street, which bisects the campus.

DIRECTIONS: From New York: Take the Merritt Parkway to Exit 39B Follow the Route 7 North freeway to its end and turn right at the light. Turn left onto Rt. 7 North. Go 4.4 miles and turn right into the Y parking lot. The Wilton Family Y is on the right, and the Wilton High School is on the left.
From New Haven: Take the Merritt Parkway to exit 41(Rt 33). At the end of the ramp, turn left (north) onto Rt 33. Go North along Rt.33 for 2.5 miles. Rt 33 merges with Rt. 7. Stay on Rt. 7 for 2.6 miles to the Y. The Wilton Y is on the right and the Wilton High School is on the left.
From I 95: Take exit 15 to Rt. 7 North. Follow Rt 7 freeway to the end and turn right at the light. At the end of the road turn left onto old
