You know what that means...Softball season will be starting soon! Practice starts back up Tuesday, January 3rd, 2012 at Maple Creek Middle at 9 pm. Pitchers and catchers go Wednesday, January 4th at Monty Middle.

Whether you call it 'travel or rep' or 'house or rec' the debate rages on. This link is one person's opinion but it certainly is shared by many people. Most girls and parents make this decision when the girls are younger but in our case many of our girls came from 'house' because there wasn't a 'rep program available in Coquitlam and a result they need to learn to grasp the 'rep' mentality. 'Rep' isn't just about 'winning and losing or hanging with friends'; it is more than that. It is about life lessons and about making the girls who play on these teams into better people.
