The CT SHOCK would like to thank Diana Pepin, head coach of the Eastern Connecticut State University Warriors, Assistant Coach Scott Ottochian and Senior Outfielder Priscilla Alicea for conducting a hitting clinic on October 20, 2012.
The girls went over the basics of the grip, stance and swing as well as participated in a variety of drills designed to improve power, speed and balance, which they can use during off season drills and conditioning.

The CT SHOCK is sending out a huge CONGRATS to Alexis Bukowski. Alexis has played with the SHOCK since middle school, now in college, she will play her last season of 18u with the SHOCK this summer. She is currently a freshman at Western New England University and this week was selected to their league's ALL Conference second team. Congratulations to Alexis and her parents, Neil and Julie.

The New Haven Register has issued this year's top softball players to watch. 5 of the 25 have CT SHOCK roots. Good luck to all the players. We look forward to watching your high school seasons and being back together for the summer.
