The Boys in Red returned to the GYSA State Tournament after three years in the USS DA and claimed their third Georgia State Champion title.

The team started off fast with a 5-1 win over NASA 10 Premier in the opening match on Saturday, May 28th. However the Sunday match with United FA 92 Elite saw the Boys lose a tough one 1-0 and the title hopes became a little bit foggy. The team needed to win on Sunday to go through to the Final Four. In another close match the Boys were able to defeat the GSA 92 Phoenix Red 1-0 to move on to the semifinal.

The following Saturday the Boys met the United FA 92 Black in the semifinal and played another closely contested match.  The final whistle saw Concorde up 1-0 and ready to move on to Championship Sunday. Their opponent would be long time rival Cobb FC 92 Premier.

The two teams socialized prior to the match, catching up on college news and friendships. However once the match began both teams played great soccer with Concorde coming out on top 2-0. The Boys in Red were state champs again and going to Nashville for the Region lll Championship in June.
