Indoor Registration



Players and families may register in several ways:
  1. Walk-up registrations at locations and dates announced
  2. Mail-in
  3. Online

Complete ALL registration forms (waivers and medical)

Submit paperwork along with payment (money order) payable to Columbia Ravens Football.

Online

  1. Complete ALL registration forms (waivers and medical)
  2. Submit payment via Paypal PayPal
  3. Mail-in or hand deliver forms to Columbia Ravens
  4. Print and bring a copy of the receipt as proof of payment to equipment distribution

What do I need to register?

  1. Completed registration form and signed waivers
  2. Completed medical form
  3. Paid registration fee of $140
  4. Equipment deposit check of $150. Equipment checks are held, not cashed unless equipment is not returned in good condition
  5. A current MD MVA ID card
