Wolfpack Finishes 2012 Season with 3rd Place at AAU West Coast Regionals

The Wolfpack wrapped up the 2012 season with a hard earned 3rd place

at the 2012 AAU West Coast Nationals in Las Vegas, NV. The team moves

back to the high school season for their Junior year. Good luck to CVHS,

Douglas County, Rock Canyon, and St Mary's ( Colorado Springs ) during the

2012 - 2013 season.

Wolfpack takes 5280 Nationals

The Wolfpack won the high school division of the 5280 Nationals in Golden, CO. Next up is the final tournment of the season, the AAU West Coast Regionals in Las Vegas July 19th - July 22nd.

Wolfpack takes 2nd at the Battle of the Rockies

TheWolfpack earned a hard faught 2nd place at Battle of the Rockies. Up next is the MAYB in Castle Rock, CO.

The Colorado Wolfpack is on the Prowl in 2012

The Colorado Wolfpack will be back for its 9th season starting at the Triple Crown Spring pre-NCAA Tune Up 2012 in Greeley, CO on April 14th. Our tournament schedule has been posted so come check the team out.

Wolfpack 2011 wraps up at the USJN Mountain Madness

The 2011 Wolfpack season was wrapped up this weekend with a trip to the

semi-finals of the 15U division in the USJN Mountain Madness in Lakewood, CO.

 Up next for the players will be high school for their sophomore year. We have players

that will be at Castle View and Rock Canyon this year. Good luck to both schools.

Wolfpack plays in Nike Oasis in Phoenix

The Wolfpack just completed a 6 game tournament in Phoenix

against some of the best compitition in the West. The team

went 3 and 3 against 17U teams. Up next is the USJN in

Denver, CO.

The pack is back.....3rd in the Springs

The Wolfpack is back taking 3rd place in the MAYB Colorado Springs

tournament on 7/10/11. Up next is the MAYB in Arvada then off to

the Nike Oasis in Phoenix.



Monday, May 30
Colorado Wolfpack takes 2nd at AAU Super Regional in Reno, NV

The Wolfpack played in the championship of the Level 1, 14U division

at the AAU Super Regionals in Reno, NV coming in second place on

Memorial day.  It was a tight game against Jam On It from

Reno, NV just coming up 4 points short. Time for a short break for

the team but they will resume games in the beginning of July in

preperation for the Nike Oasis tournament in Phoenix and USJN

Mountain Madness in Denver, CO.

Wolfpack takes 2nd in MAYB 11th / 12th Silver Division

The Wolfpack went to the championship game in the MAYB 11th and 12th Silver Division

in Castle Rock before subcomming to an old foe, the Colorado Eclipse, in the champtionship game.

Up next the team travels to Reno for the AAU Super Regionals.

Wolfpack takes 3rd at MAYB Highlands Ranch May 13th

The Wolfpack took 3rd place in the 11th / 12th grade Silver Division at the

MAYB in Highlands Ranch on May 13th. Up next is the MAYB in Castle Rock

on 5/20.

Wolfpack Fundraiser Breakfast June 25th @ Applebees

The Wolfpack will be having a fundraising pancake breakfast at Applebees in Castle Rock on Sat June 25th from 7 am to 10 am. Prepay tickets are $7.00 and can be purchased from any team representative. Come support the Wolfpack !

Wolfpack takes 3rd in MAYB in Highlands Ranch
The Wolfpack took 3rd place in the HS Girls division in Highlands Ranch, Co on the 23rd and 24th of April. Up next is the Battle of the Rockies in Thornton on April 29th, 30th, and May 1st.

Sunday, April 17
Wolfpack go 3 - 2 in NCAA Viewing Tourny at 17U

The Wolfpack went 3 and 2 in the Biokats NCAA tournament in Thornton the weekend of 4/15/11. The two loses were to teams that eventually met in the championship game for the 17U division. Technically being a 15U team, it was respectable showing in front of many college coaching staffs. Up next is the MAYB in Castle Rock on April 22nd.

Wolfpack 2 for 2 in 2011
The Wolfpack completed a weekend sweep for the second week in a row in route
to capturing the MAYB title in Thornton, CO. Next up is the Triple Crown
pre-Tournament on April 9th in Greeley, CO.


Monday, March 21
Wolfpack starts 2011 season with a Tournament Win

The Wolfpack kicked off the 2011 season with a 3 game sweep of the HS Girls Division to win the March 19th MAYB event in Castle Rock, CO. Up next is the MAYB in Thornton, CO on March 26th.

Wolfpack make semi-finals in USJN Mountain Madness

In the final event of the summer season, the Wolfpack made the semi-finals of the USJN Mountain Madness tournament in Lakewood, CO.

Things change up now for the Wolfpack. All of the girl's are entering their Freshman year at Castle View High School in Castle Rock, CO. We will take a hiatus until Labor Day and then decide what we will do in the fall.

Wolfpack take 2nd in NAYS Nationals in Chicago

The Wolfpack went 9 - 0 through pool play and the playoff's before losing in the finals at the NAYS Nationals in Chicago, IL.  The competition was very good and the girl's represented Colorado and the Wolfpack proudly. 



Monday, July 19
Wolfpack take 2nd in July 17th MAYB in Denver

In their final tune up for the NAYS Nationals in Chicago, the team took a 5 - 0 record

into the finals against the East Angels. Final score was 33 - 29 East.

Wolfpack takes 1st in July 10th MAYB in Colorado Springs

The Wolfpack beat a very strong Nebraska team to win the JV division

down at Sand Creek High School.

The Wolfpack took 2nd place in the JV division in the Denver MAYB event.

Wolfpack take 2nd in AAU Super Regionals
The Wolfpack made an impresive run in the 15U division ( we are offically a 13U team ) on their way to a runner up finish at the AAU Super Regionals in Denver on May 30th.

Wolfpack win JV Division in MAYB Castle Rock
The Wolfpack went undefeated on their way to the MAYB Girls JV title in Castle Rock on May 23rd. Up next is the AAU Super Regionals in Denver.

Castle View wins GC Spring Tournament
The CVHS 2014 girls won the GC Spring Tournament in the Freshman division. Up next is the MAYB in Castle Rock.

Monday, April 19
Wolfpack takes 3rd in Triple Crown College Viewing showcase 15U

The Wolfpack earned a #2 seed by going 2 - 0 in pool play on there way to a 3rd place finish in the Triple Crown College Viewing showcase in Greeley. The team went 3 - 1 in the 15U division, as a 13U team. The only loss was a double overtime loss by 2 in the semi-finals.

Wolfpack make semifinals in Denver MAYB
The Wolfpack season started with trip to the semi-finals of the 9th/10th grade division at the MAYB tournament in Denver on April 10th and 11th going 3 - 1 for the tournament.

CVHS 8th Grade Girls Gold makes Gold Crown Championship game

The CVHS 8th grade Girls Gold team made it to the finals against Regis before losing 37 -30 in a very hard fought game. The team closed the High Schoolfeeder season going 25 - 3 and will be resuming action on the weekend of April 10th, as the Colorado Wolfpack, at the MAYB tournament in Denver.

CRMS Takes 8th Grade Girls Championship
The Castle Rock Middle School 8th grade girls team went undefeated on their way to the winning the DCSD championship for 2010.

Friday, February 26
Castle Rock Middle School Seeded # 1 in 2010 Tournament

The CRMS 8th grade girls team is the #1 seed for season ending tournament. The tournament is Feb 27th at Douglas County High School. CRMS 's first game is at 9:30 am and it will take three consecutive wins for the championship. The championship game will be at 12:30 pm.

CVHS Wins 2 in Gold Crown Playoffs

CVHS 8th Grade Girls won games against Green Mountain and Dakota Ridge on their way to winning Pool B in the Gold Crown playoffs. Up next is the semi-finals the weekend of 2/27.

Castle View 8th Grade Girls Gold Finishes Regular Season

The CVHS 8th Grade Girls team wrapped up the season with a 12 - 1 record and a #2 seed going into the playoffs. Up next will be round robin action on Feb 21st with Dakota Ridge, Brighton, and Green Mountain.

Castle View wins Niwot Invitational

Castle View's 8th grade girls team went a perfect 5 - 0 with wins over Niwot, Silver Creek, and Broomfield to defend their title at the Niwot Basketball Tournament on Decemebr 5th. Up next is the Gold Crown Holiday Tournament.



Monday, November 9
Wolfpack win final event of 2009
The Wolfpack completed a 3 game sweep in the 8th / 9th grade division of the MAYB event in Thornton, CO on Nov 7th. The team will now play as Castle View in the 8th grade girls gold division through February. Up next for the team is the Gold Crown Tip Off tournament on Nov 18th.

The Wolfpack went 5 - 3 in the SOCO league playing in the Junior Varsity division earning the 2nd seed in the playoff's.

Wolfpack Takes Silver in 2009 State Games of America
The Colorado Wolfpack played their way to a Silver Medal finish at the State Games of America 2009 in Colorado Springs. Teams from 7 states participated in the tournament. With the silver finish, the team has automatically qualified for the 2011 State Games of America in San Diego, CA.

The Wolfpack want to thank Qwest for their sponsorship of the team. The Qwest foundation is designed to support community non-profit programs in the greater Denver area.

Wolfpack Wins in Thornton 7/26
The Wolfpack swept the weekend in Thornton with a finals win over Triple Threat to win the MAYB 8th grade girls division. Up next for the Wolfpack is the Stage Games of America in Colorado Springs on Aug 1st - 3rd. This will be out final tournament as a true 7th grade team. Coming up in September, we are going to play in the Southern Colorado basketball league and will be in the 9/10 division.

Wolfpack wins at June 28th MAYB in Denver
After two weeks off, the Wolfpack appeared fresh and hungry in route to a sweep of the 8th grade division and the title. Up next is the MAYB event in Colorado Springs on July 10th.

Monday, July 6
Wolfpack competes at MAYB Kickoff in Wichita, KS
The Wolfpack made its 4th trip to the MAYB Kickoff in Wichita, KS. In pool play, the team was 3 - 0 with wins against teams from Kansas, Missouri, and Arkansas qualifying to the top tournament bracket. We were knocked out of the tournament in the second round of the playoffs.

Wolfpack takes 3rd in Denver AAU Super Regional
The Wolfpack took 3rd place in the Denver AAU Super Regional on June 5th - 7th. We played in the 13U division although we are offically a 12U team by AAU standards. We saw some very talented teams and were impressed by their quality of play. This was our first time in an AAU event and look forward to more in the future.

The Wolfpack won the May 22nd MAYB tournament in Denver this weekend going a perfect 5 - 0. Next week, we are playing in Golden, CO at the May 29th Denver MAYB tournament.

Wolfpack wins Hoyt Brawner at DU
The Wolfpack won the prestigious Hoyt Brawner Basketball tournament in the 7th grade girls division. playing 5 of 6 days, they went undefeated for the week. Up next will be the MAYB tournament in Denver on May 22nd.

Wolfpack takes the MAYB championship in Denver

The Colorado Wolfpack chalked up another tournament win by winning the April 4th and 5th MAYB event in Denver in the 7th / 8th grade division. Up next is the MAYB tournament in Greeley, CO April 25th and April 26th.

Wolfpack Win in Wyoming
The Wolfpack started their 2009 season by taking the 7th grade girls championship in the Cheyenne Frontier Tournament. The team went 4 - 0 for the weekend. Up next is the MAYB Tournament on April 4th and 5th in Denver, CO. The girl's will be in the 7th / 8th grade division.

The Castle View Red 8th Grade girls team finished a run deep into the GC playoffs by beating Chatfield but coming up short against Silver Creek.

Castle View wins in Gold Crown pool play.
The CVHS 8th Grade Girls Red team beat Platte Valley and Evergreen last weekend to move on in the Gold Crown playoffs. Up this week is Chatfeild on Friday night at the GC facility in Lakewood.

CVHS 8th Grade Girls Red earn a #2 seed in Gold Crown playoffs
The CVHS 8th Grade Girls Red team finished up the Gold Crown regular season with wins against Mountain Vista and Thunderidge and improved their record to 11 - 2. They earned a #2 seed and are heading to Platte Valley Middle school this weekend for pool play against Evergreen, Platte Valley, and Littleton.

Castle View Red takes 3rd in Metro Holiday
Castle View Red 8th grade girls finished 3rd in the Metro Holiday tournament in Denver this weekend. Next up is the start of the Gold Crown season on Jan 4th against Chaparral and Grenn Mountain.

Castle View Red starts strong in Gold Crown
The Castle View Red girl's 8th grade team started the Gold Crown season off with wins against Chapparal Red and Green Mountain on Jan 4th. Up next is Grandview and Mountain Vista White on Jan 11th.

Sunday, December 21
Castle View Red finishes 2nd in the Holiday Tournament
About two weeks ago, Gold Crown asked the team to move out of the 7th Grade Gold division and move up to 8th grade Silver. The first test at the higher grade level was the Gold Crown Holiday Tournament on Dec 12h - 21st. The team went 3 - 0 in pool play then beat Mullen and Grandview to make the championship game. Unfortunetely, the winning streak stopped there as the team couldn't get past a very strong Silver Creek team. Next up is the Denver Lutheran High Metro Tournament Dec 26th - Dec 28th. From there, the Gold Crown regular season starts. We are in the 8th grade Silver, Southeast division.

Castle View 7th Grade Gold Girls win the 2008 Gold Crown Tip Off

The Castle View Girls 7th grade gold girls team started the 08-09 Gold Crown season with wins against Regis, Mountain Vista, and Montbello in route to capturing the Tip Off tournament title at the Gold Crown Feild House in Lakewood. It was a good start to a long season and there is still a lot of work ahead for the team. After a few weeks off, the team will be back on the court in either the Loveland Girls Tournament playing the 8th grade division or back at Gold Crown for the Holdiay tournament.

Wolfpack Wins 7th/8th Grade MAYB Thornton Tournament !!!
The Wolfpack went 4 - 0 this weekend to win the first fall MAYB tournament of the year in the 7th / 8th grade girls division. After wins against the Aurora Diamonds, Northern Colorado, and Aurora Swoosh, the Wolfpack took on a very good Lady Legends East 7th grade team from Colorado Springs and won 40 - 25 to take the championship. Next up for the Wolfpack is the Niwot Girls Invitional Tournament starting on Friday Nov 14th in Niwot, CO.

The Colorado Wolfpack continued its winning ways in route to the 7th grade championship at the Niwot Girl's Invitational Girl's basketball tournament. This wraps up the 2008 Wolfpack season. Up next, we move to Castle View High School and the Gold Crown season. We will be playing in the 7th grade Gold division. First up on the schedule will be the Gold Crown Tip Off Tournament on Nov 22nd.

Wolfpack takes 8th grade NIT championship!
The Wolfpack beat a tough Brighton team and determined Jaspers team to win the 8th grade NIT Fall Jam League. The Wolfpack finished a perfect 12 and 0 while playing a full grade level up. Next up is the MAYB tournament in Thornton on Nov 8th. We will be back in our regular 7th grade division.
