·         The decision as to whether to have the 2002 18U team play as an "A" or Gold team will be made at a later time.

·         We will work with Park and Rec to get the invoice adjusted based on rainouts, etc.

·         The 14U "A", 16U "A", and 18U "A" teams will be responsible for paying this invoice.

·         General Discussion.

·         The topic was discussed about how to help those players that don't make any of the 2002 teams.  As an organization, we do not want to lose these players and will need to find ways to help them improve and possibly make one of the 2003 teams.

·         The tryouts for 2001 12U players that have to move up and would like to try out for the 2002 14U team will held at the same time as the 2002 10U/12U tryouts.

·         The next QGFS organizational meeting is tentatively being scheduled for Monday, September 10th, 8:00 p.m. at "In The Game".
