Summer League Teams & Schedules Now Posted - Please read carefully...
 
Game times will begin at 4:30 and run until 8:30.  Game times will rotate amongst the different age groups, although only the oldest age group (NBA) will play in the late slot.
 
Click on the HANDOUTS link on the left to download the "SUMMER LEAGUE TEAMS & SCHEDULES".  There are four tabs on the bottom of the spreadsheet.  The first 3 are for the teams in the three age divisions and the fourth tab is the master schedule.
  
       
SUMMER CAMPS COMING UP! - Colonial Hoop Clinics is again offering several weeks of Summer camp:
  • Summer Camps: Four weeks of summer camp including a 'Little Dribblers' week for grades 1-3, Skills Clinics and 2 full-day camp weeks.  Sign-ups underway NOW through A-B Community Education.  (more info at SUMMER CAMPS link on left)
THE "PLAYERS PAGE" - A page for present and future A-B Basketball players.  Check it out for information, announcements and other basketball related thoughts.  
 
Summer Employment: Click on the SUMMER WORKERS link on the left for the summer work schedule.  
 
GAME ON! - BASKETBALL TRAINING - For Individuals & Small Groups: Joey Flannery and Sam Longwell, two former A-B basketball All-Stars, are offering individual and small group basketball training this Spring and Summer.  Brochures are now available on the HANDOUTS link on the left.  For more information email Joey Flannery at jflas22@yahoo.com

  • SACRIFICING one's personal goals and instead focusing on what is best for the team.
  • TRUST between teammates and coaches on and off the court, as well as TRUSTING that focusing on the process will take care of the results.  
  • And recognizing that it is SACRIFICE + TRUST that develops a true TEAM.
A true TEAM is more than just 12 players wearing the same uniform.  It is 12 players truly dedicated to selfless play and one another.  This is what the program strives for every day and expects of all of its players.
