JAGUARS DOMINATE 49ERS FOR SUPER BOWL TITLE
The Jaguars held the trophy high into a chilly fall night and proclaimed "We Are The Champions".
After the game was called by the officials with :51 seconds remaining due to an injured 49er player the celebration began.
It was more than just another game. It was the end of a learning experience for the players, coaches and parents.
The Jaguars (8-0) dominated, shutting out their opponent on the way to a 32-0 victory over the visiting 49ers (3-5) for the Nevada Youth Football League Super Bowl title.
Chris Robello onside kicked the opening kickoff and the Jaguars recovered and scored quickly as Hakeem Taylor opened the scoring with a 5 yard blast to make it 6-0.
The Dogg Defense, recorded their fourth shutout of the season, stopped the 49ers on their first series and forced a punt, which sailed over the head of the punter and Adrian Kline recovered in the endzone for a touchdown. Hakeem Taylor added the extra-point for a 14-0 advantage.
In the second quarter the Jaguars forced the second of four fumbles on the night as Adrian Kline took possession on their own 37 yard line. QB Chris Robello stepped back in the pocket, as the Bigg Cats form a perfect wall of protection, and hit TE Corey Craw with a 63 yard touchdown strike as the lead grew to 20-0.
The Jaguars took the second half kickoff and marched down the field as Hakeem scored his second touchdown of the night as he rumbled 56 yards to increase the lead to 26-0.
The final score came after Colin Shumate recovered a fumble by the Niners, Catman took a swing pass from Chris Robello and took it 24 yards to the House to make the final score 32-0.
After the Niners had gotten a first down, OLB Corey Craw came barreling down the backside as the quarterback looked downfield to pass and it was lights out as Craw crushed him into the ground. After not being able to leave the field under his own power, the game was called.

JAGUARS BOW TO RAIDERS IN SUPER BOWL
RAIDERS WIN 24-18
As the Jaguars flag blew in the Friday evening breeze the undefeated Raiders took the field seeking to wrap up their third straight Super Bowl title. However a determined buch of players squared off and said the championship comes though the Jaguar domain. The Dogg defense played solid defense all night stopped the Raiders mighty offense series after series, including a first and goal from the 8 yard line. Must to the disappointment of their defensive coordinator allowed the Raiders to cross the goalline right before half to take a 8-0 lead.
In the third quarter the Raiders (8-0) took a commanding 16-0 lead with a controversial touchdown. The quarterback tried to lean the ball over the goal but the Jaguars slapped it away and recovered it, only to have the referee raise his arms signaling touchdown. This did not deter the Jaguars as they marched back into competition as the Jaguars scored on a 54 yard touchdown and make the extra-point to cut into the lead 16-8. After holding the Raiders on the next series the Jaguars tied the game at 16, with eight minutes left.
Again the Raiders were held on fourth down and the Jaguars began their drive to upset the Raiders, however on first down inside the red zone the Jaguars turned the ball over and the Raiders returned it deep inside the Jaguars territory. On fourth down the Raiders broke the goal line for the go ahead score.
Still with fight left in them the Jaguars (5-3) drove down the field with less than two minutes left and thought they had tied the game as Labryant Stevenson made a dramatic catch in the endzone, only to have it taken away on a late, late illeagal procedure call by the referee. This with thirteen seconds left in the game. The final pass attempt tp tie the game and force overtime, sailed long out of the endzone as the Raiders breath a sign of relief and began celebrate their narrow victory over the brave Jaguars.
As the Head Coach for this team it has been my GREAT PLEASURE to be able to take a team with thirteen rookies and seven veterans, which most insiders said would never win a game this season, and turn them into a football team. With only sixteen players on game day they came to play, showing true spirit and determination and refused to quit and showed everyone their JAGUAR PRIDE. I am very proud to been associated with this special group of players that formed the 2003 Jaguars Elite Team. Congratulations on a fine season.

JAGUARS UPSET IN SUPER BOWL BY 49ERS, 8-6
The Jaguars quest to complete a perfect season was squashed by the 49ers as they upset the Jaguars, 8-6 to win the 2002 Collegiate Division Super Bowl. The Dogg Defense came to play to only allowing a broken play as the only TD gibven up. However, that proved too much for the Offensive unit to overcome. Shamario Jones under heavy pressure all day, scrambled and threw a desparation pass and Eddie Rogers took it 84 yards to score the lone touchdown for the Jaguars (9-1). The important extra-point to tie the game, and send it into overtime, came up short as the 49ers (9-1) tackled Shamario Jones shy of the endzone.
