Opening Day
The Cliftondale Baseball and Softball Program thanks all who participated in the April 28. It was a huge success! The day was fun of fun, games, music and great food. The kids enjoyed the jumping castle, the clown and dancing to the music. We really appreciate the team mom and the event committee for organizing the day.

Coaches Needed
The Cliftondale Baseball and Softball Program  is currently in the process of certifying new coaches for the upcoming fall season. Requirements to become a coach are… You must have a child on the team you want to coach, be able to pass a background check. You will also be required to take the NYSCA coaches certification class. Most importantly you must love working with young people and watching them grow through the sport of baseball. Coaching experience is not required. Please feel free to contact a board member if interested.

The New Field Is Ready
Thanks to all of coachs, parents and volunteers who came out on Saturday,  April 7, 2007 and to help transform the bottom field into a beautiful new baseball field.

Karen Polite, The Cliftondale Baseball and Softball Program President, said that constructing a baseball field is hard work. Tasks included cutting grass, tilling soil, watering dirt,  moving dirt from the top of the hill and pulling weeds, raking home plate and the pitcher’s mound, and measuring the fields, is not as easy as it seems. “It was some of the hardest work I’ve ever done"

Funding to transform the baseball field came from various sources. Special Thanks to WJ Enterprise Landscaping Company, Willie King who provided the guideness and equipment to get the job done. Because of the generous assistance of this committee, the young people in this community have a safe place to play and a regulation field for future games.

"WE wishes to express our condolences to the family of  Chrisondra Sierra Kimble and Delarlonva Mattox Jr.  "Our thoughts are with you and your family during this difficult time"

This Site Will Be Updated Throughout The Baseball Season. If You Have Any Questions, Comments, Requests, Or Concerns Regarding The League Please Then Email Them To rozemorgan@Yahoo.  I will make sure items are updated as quickly as possible.
