2011 will see the addition of a new high school football program in
South Lake County.
Lake Minneola High School
With this program within the Clermont Knights district, we will become the one and only feeder program for them. Add in our participants and siblings that reside within the East Ridge High School boundaries, that will be with us for the next ten years, and what you have is a Clermont Knights program that will be working with and supporting two of the top three high school programs in our area.
We will do our best to work in the different philosophies regarding both football and cheerleading that the new program will bring.
By doing so we will give each and every Clermont Knight participant the opportunity to be successful regardless of which high school he or she may attend.

The Clermont Knights Are Proud To Announce
That they sent two teams to the
Mid-Florida Conference Cheerleading Championship
Held October 23, 2010
At Silver Spurs Arena
And came home with 3 trophies!!!
Our Pee Wee Squad took home 3rd place
in the Large Intermediate Division
&
Our Midget Squad brought home 1st place
in the Large Intermediate Division
The League took home the Spirt Award
Both squads will proceed on to the SouthEast Region
Multi-State Competition

CLERMONT KNIGHTS 2009 POP WARNER
NATIONAL CHAMPIONS
On Tuesday, December 8th.Pop Warner National Cheerleading Championships were held at Disney Wide World of Sports.
Pop Warner nationals is a weeklong event where football and cheerleading competitors from all over the country come for the opportunity to show the rest of the country that they are the best. Having already won the Mid Florida Championship and placing second at regional’s the Clermont Knights Peewee‘s had earned the right to represent the South East Region at nationals.
Represent they did.
They didn’t reach for the stars they jumped over them.
The Knights Peewees competed against and defeated 17 of the country’s best cheerleading squads and earned the title of National Champions. This is quite an accomplishment, when you consider that Pop Warner is the largest competitive cheerleading program in the world. Congratulation to all of the NATIONAL CHAMPIONS CLERMONT KNIGHTS cheerleaders, coaches, board members and to all of the Clermont Knights for another outstanding season.
