Please read all the information on this page carefully to understand the age requirements, tryouts cost and the required paperwork due at the time of tryouts.  Citrus Heat has changed how players register for club tryouts.  Some forms must be filled out on our website and others are required to be printed, filled out and notarized before an athlete can tryout.   

CITRUS HEAT VOLLEYBALL TRYOUTS

AGE:  14 – 18

TRYOUT FEE:  $30.00

CLUB FEES:  $600 (If paid in full by 12/15 a $75.00 discount will be applied)

# of PLAYERS ON A TEAM:  9 – 11

TRYOUT LOCATION:  Seven Rivers Christian School

TRYOUT DATE:  December 5, 2010 OR December 12, 2010

TRYOUT TIME:  2:00 - 4:00 

REQUIRED PAPERWORK

Citrus Heat now requires players to register online before tryouts begin.  Follow these instructions:

1)  Click on the Players Corner on the left hand side of the homepage

•  Next Click on the Registration Link on the top of that page

•  Next type in your First & Last Name followed by your DOB

•  Type in a password and continue filling out the form

2)  Print out and sign the following forms under the Registration Tab

•  Read and electronically sign the Club's code of Conduct Form

•  Read and electronically sign the Parent's Code of Ethics Form

•  Read, print, and sign the Club Participation Agreement Form (Bring this to tryouts)

•  Read, print, sign and have the AAU Medical Form Notarized (Bring this to tryouts)

3)  Register with AAU Sports - Go to www.aauvolleyball.org and click on the Athlete Membership.  Fill in the Form with the following Information - Club Name Citrus Heat Volleyball Club and Club Code as TF5648.  Bring a signed copy of the form with you to try-outs. 

4)  Bring a $30.00 check to Citrus Heat Volleyball Club
