CIRCLEVILLE YOUTH BASEBALL IS PROUD TO HOST THE PHR (Pitch, Hit, Run) COMPETITION. PHR is a MLB event. The Circleville Event will be held on May 14th at 10:00am and 3:00pm. The event tests the skills of boys ages 7-14. Check the HANDOUTS page for a registration form.
