How the Club began
The Cincinnati All Stars Track Club was started by five young men: D'Juan Francisco, Hiawatha Francisco, Kevin Arthur, Robert Thompson, Jeff Cargile along with Mr. William Madison in 1980 in order to compete in The Athletics Congress (TAC) Junior Olympic program. These young men were joined by Mr. James A. Engel and David Pool, Lisa Killens, Linda Goreed in 1982. The Club has been serving the youth of Cincinnati continuously since then. |
