Our goal is simple: use fitness fittingly -- toward greater Godliness. (1 Tim 4:8)
How do we attain it? Train and build each other up by seeing our joys, sorrows, faith & struggles in the light of God's Word -- the Bible. (Prov 27:17)

Schedule:
- Prayer = 5 minutes 7:30am-7:35am
- Run = 55 minutes, PLEASE DON'T BE LATE, we must depart PROMPTLY at 7:36 to stay on schedule (and get you back to your busy life after 1 hour -- guaranteed)!
- Course = predominantly soft running trails. We're surrounded by them! East is Herrick Woods, west is Warrenville Grove, south is McDowell Grove, north is Blackwell, and northeast is the Illinois Prairie Path to Wheaton.
Please click on "Links" (on menu at upper left) for maps and info on these marvelous trails!
- Pace = "CONVERSATIONAL." This varies by week, but generally 2 or 3 people should be able to talk and run. If not, we'll slow down. Want to run faster? You're free to go ahead, but this is not a performance-oriented group: we are fellowship-oriented. Chicago has many performance-oriented groups and it'd be great if you join some! You can still use our run as a break -- a relaxed run in your weekly schedule!
