THERE ARE LIMITED SPOTS FIRST COME FIRST SERVE. ONCE WE FILL A TEAM OF 12 PLAYERS NEXT IN LINE WILL BE ON THE WAITING LIST. IF WE DO NOT GET ENOUGH FOR ANOTHER TEAM THAT PLAYER WILL REPLACE A PLAYER IF INJOURED OR ONE QUITS.

PARENTS OR GUARDIAN PLEASE BRING A COPY OF YOUR ID. WE ALSO NEED A COPY OF YOUR PLAYERS BIRTH CERTIFICATE.
