Cheyenne Capitals Youth Hockey: Welcome

The Cheyenne Capitals Youth Hockey program is a complete youth ice hockey program for players from ages 4 through 18. The Capitals are a sanctioned member of USA Hockey and the Wyoming Amateur Hockey Association (WAHA). Association members participate in team practices, league-scheduled games and tournaments, both in-state and out-of-state. The Capitals Association also offers a recreational program that emphasizes beginner skills at all age levels. With a large parent Board and many parent volunteers, the program continues to grow to meet the needs and interests of the community.

 Dear Capitals Families,

It is hard to believe that the hockey season is already coming to an end.  Our last day of ice for the Cheyenne Capitals season is March 1.  I hope you enjoyed your season and we look forward to seeing you again in October 2012.  As the week wraps up, if you have rental equipment or jerseys, please see your team manager to return your equipment or jerseys.

If you are interested in helping the Cheyenne Capitals organization, we are having a Booster Club meeting on Thursday, April 12th at the rink from 6:30-7:30 p.m.  We will also have our Annual CCYHA Board meeting in May.  This is where we will elect board members and representatives for the upcoming season.  Everyone is invited.  An email will be sent out one month prior to the meeting with time/date/location.  We need more people to volunteer.  Please consider attending either or both of these meetings!  WE NEED YOU!

Again, thanks for a great season and if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

Thanks.
