Chesapeake Little League: My Site News: LOCAL, LITTLE LEAGUE, and INTERLEAGUE PLAYING RULES

All teams in our league play by the Little League International Playing Rules supplemented by our Local CLL Playing Rules for each Division.  Check out or download our Local Playing Rules by clicking on the link below or on the HANDOUTS SECTION to your left. These CLL Local Playing Rules are reviewed, approved, and updated by the CLL Board annually!

Little League International Playing Rules  are reviewed, approved and updated annually by the Little League International Congress.  By chartering with Little League we agree to abide by these rules.  The LL Int. rules  for all Baseball, Softball, and Challenger Teams can be found Online at www.littleleague.org.  Click on Rules.  In addition, ALL Board Members, Team Managers, and Umpires are issued a hard copy book for use.

Interleaguing Teams:  A set of Interleague rules are reviewed and agreed upon by all Interleaguing League Representatives at the beginning of each season.  All Team Managers of Interleaguing Teams receive a copy of these special Interleague Rules.  For a copy of these rules, please send an email to chesapeakeLL@aol.com.
