JUNIOR Umpire TAKES the PLATE!!

I would like to take this time to recognize James Bayse, one of our junior umpires whom yesterday took on the plate umpire position during the minor baseball game at Crestwood. He did an AWESOME job and I am very proud of him to step out and take on this challenge. He took all his training and experience he learned throughout the season and applied it yesterday with ease. He looked like a seasoned plate umpire. Here are some pictures of James umpiring yesterday. Also thank you Shannon, James’ dad for taking the pictures and being there to support James. It is great to see the parents so engaged.
 Thank you to all our Junior and Adult Volunteer Umpires for your hard work and dedication this season, CLL has a great umpire team.
