All Volunteers (Managers/Coaches/Team Parent/Scorekeepers/Umpires, etc) with repeat and repetitive access to, or contact with players or teams, must fill out and submit this form once a year.
Please also include a copy of your id!
Completed Form and Photo ID can be submitted in 1 of 3 ways:

LOCAL RULES
Local playing rules for each division of Chesapeake Little League. Please feel free to download, print and review!
These rules are adhered to at our Local Playing Fields, in addition to, the Little League Official Regulations and Playing Rules. The Little League Official Regulations and Playing Rules can be found online at LittleLeague.org, forms and publications.
Every Team Manager is also given a copy of both the Local Rules and the LL Official Regulations and Playing Rules for the Current Year!
Interleaguing Teams must also adhere to the agreed upon DISTRICT 6 INTERLEAGUE RULES.
