Concession Stand Duty: What to do and expect.

Above all other jobs that MUST be done, the concession stand is the only one that brings in money to operate. Here are some items to keep in mind when it’s your turn.

·       You will likely be scheduled to serve at least twice per child during the season.

·       Please be early (at least 15 minutes if you work the early game, or as quickly as possible if you work the late game).

·       If you can not fulfill your obligation, YOU must find a replacement worker.  A good start would be to ask a family member or another member of your team to trade shifts.

·       Set-up and clean-up instructions are located in the concession stand on the refrigerator.

·       If volunteers do not show up, the concession stand will not open, and essential funds for continuing operating will not be generated.

·       Two people must count and sign the nightly earnings bank deposit, one a board member, and a board member will drop the money into the nightly deposit box at Cherokee Labette Bank.

·       Be sure the American Flag is put back on a shelf in the concession stand.

·       Check bathrooms for essentials and cleanliness.
