Charles Town Ranson Little League has moved into the final phase of the major renovation to our baseball/softball complex at Sam Michaels Park. The final phase consists of a new all-dirt infield softball field.
The park is conveniently located less then 3 miles from the new Ransons shopping center. Read about our park, the renovation project and all about the 2010 season as you browse the site.

Off-Season Events.....
CTR will again enter a float in the Annual Charles Town-Ranson Christmas Parade (65th) that will be held on Saturday, December 5, 2009 at 2 pm. Parade officials have decided to honor our nation’s veterans this year with the theme "A Star Spangled Christmas".
Last year our float took second place in our class and was an exciting experience for our children. If you would like your child to take part in this years event or would like to assist in the creation of this years float please contact our leagues event manager Deena Jackson at scottbigjack@aol.com
Off-Season Training.....
Many CTRLL and CTRYB Travel players will be participating in the winter hitting league in Frederick, Md. A six game season runs from November 4th to December 17th.
If you are interested in participating or for more information please contact CTRYB Travel coordinator Dale Depoy at mustangdj@aol.com by October 17th. For children ages 6 to 15 years old.
Information on CTR’s annual off-season training program in the Ranson Civic Center will be available after the share holders meeting with the Ranson Park and Recreation meeting held on October 18th.

Fall Ball.....
CTRLL’s fall ball program has concluded. On August 9th the CTR Patriots (Junior), the Freedom, the Revolution (both Majors), and the Cadets (Minor) started their 19 game, District 6 schedules. The season ended on October 9th. Great season gang!!!
