Cerbo Sports Network: Insurance
Cerbo Sports Insurance Program
All teams are required to provide proper proof of insurance for any and all events participating in.
Tournament Insurance is available for $50 per tournament.
League Insurance is available for $225 per year.
Named Insured: Cerbo Sports, LLC. and Southpawz Training Center member teams for which a premium has been paid.
Coverage: Team insurance becomes effective the date that the enrollment form and payment are received by the carrier through Cerbo Sports and expires on March 8th of the following calendar year.
Insured Events: Coverage is provided for all players, coaches, managers, and volunteers while participating in sponsored and supervised activities of Cerbo Sports, LLC for which a premium has been paid. This insurance will also cover events not affiliated with Cerbo Sports.
Type of Insurance: Commercial General Liability, Occurence, Participants Liability, Hired Autos, Non-Owned Auto's, Accidental Insurance, Full Access.

Additional Insured: Owners and / or Lessors of premises, Sponsors or Co-Promoters. There is no fee charged for adding additionally insured.
Endorsements: Amendment of limits. Limits apply seperately to each insured team.
