1)   In effect for the 2009 season is the requirement that all non-wood bats used in Little League Baseball Divisions and below (age 12 and under) shall be printed with a BPF (bat performance factor) of 1.15 or less. 

 2)   2-3/4" diameter bats in Junior League will no longer be allowed.

 3)   In 2009, the pitcher will be allowed to move to catcher in the same game if they have thrown 40 pitches or less.
