Age cut-off is their age as of April 30, 2007. Teams may not play in an age level lower than what the majority of their players play in during the season.

8U-10U games will be held at Yankee Park, located one block off of I-675 in Washington Township (near Dayton Mall and I-75).
11U games will be held at Forest Field and Oak Grove in Centerville.
12U games will be held at Activity Center in Centerville
Entry Fee / Rain-out Policy
$325 Entry Fee ($250 if received by 2/15 & $275 if received by 4/15)

Refund, less $50 administrative fee, if weather rains entire tournament out
50% refund if only one game is played due to weather conditions (1 pitch = 1 game)
No refunds once 1st pitch of second game is thrown
Key Rules
Ohio High School Baseball Rules, except where noted below:
1. No metal spikes, except 13U
2. No bat limitations
3. 6 inning games. In the event of a tie, extra innings may be played until time limit expires (no new inning may be started 10 minutes prior to expiration of time limit)
4. Continuous batting order*
5. Free substitution defensively*, except for pitcher (may not leave pitcher position and come back to the mound later in the game)
*A modified 9-man lineup may be used in the 12U & 13U divisions, only if mutually agreed upon by both coaches, with the opportunity to utilize a Designated Hitter and/or Extra Hitter (complete rules included in coaches' packet). If both coaches do not agree, then continuous batting order and free substitution must be used.
Coach Pitch Rules:
1. A maximum of seven (7) pitches may be thrown to each batter. If a batter fails to hit a fair ball within the 7th pitch, the batter will be called out. EXCEPTION: foul ball hit on last pitch will not count as a pitch. Swinging strikes will be called (three strikes and you are out).
2. The coach/pitcher must pitch from the rubber and must make every attempt to avoid touching a ball or interfering with a player. If a batted ball hits the coach/pitcher, the ball is dead and the pitch is to be taken over. If the coach/pitcher interferes with the fielding play, the battter or runner shall be declared out.
3. Bunting is not permitted.
4. Batter can not run on dropped third strike.
5. 10 fielders, utilizing 4 outfielders. Outfielders must play in an umbrella and a must be start from the grass. Any batted ball fielded by an outfielder must be thrown to an infielder to produce an out in the infield.
6. Base runners are not permitted to leave their bases until the ball crosses the plate. Runners doing so will be called out. Base stealing is not permitted and no advancing on a wild pitch or passed ball by the catcher.
7. Infield fly rule is not in effect.
8. Play is stopped when the ball is in control of an infielder and the lead runner has been stopped.
