The St. Theresa 6th grade charity tourney sent $8000 along with love and prayers to the girls of Casa Hogar in Beranis Venezuela. Father Kirby of Dowling Catholic will spend Thanksgiving with the girls and the nuns who run the orphanage. The 6th grade class would like to thank all the teams that participated in this years event along with those that donated food and services for the event.
For the record, Holy Trinity beat St Theresa for the boys championship, while the St Theresa girls outlasted St. Pius for the championship.
