We are the Carolina Diamonds 18 & Under Fastpitch Softball team based out of Greenville NC. We are in our 11th Season as an organization. We now have two teams at the 18U level. Our rosters includes outstanding players from all over NC . The 2006 Season was the first for this group being together. The Summer was spent as a 16 U Team before moving up to 18U in the fall. The 2006 Squad had a record of 25-20-2 which we improved upon in 2007. During the 2007and 2008 Seasons, we played in select tournaments throughout NC, SC, VA and DE.  In 2009 we are again adding new faces to assist with the graduation of several of our current players after the 2008 school year. Our focus will always be on College Showcase Tournaments to maximize the exposure of our players and to provide an opportunity for these girls to continue playing softball at the collegate level. The 2009 season looks to be even more promising with 9 of our 2009 graduates  signed to play at the college level and several offers on the table for the others. Our mission is to offer a competitive environment for our players to learn the game to the best of their abilities both individually and as a team, to build their self esteem, and to develop good character & sportsmanship, all while keeping in perspective the most important concept of all...to enjoy the game!!!
