Mint Hill
The Mint Hill complex is on Brief Road east of Mint Hill. There are two options.
1 - Take 485 to the Lawyers Road exit (the last exit) and turn right. Immediately get all the way over to the left turning lane and take a left on Alan Black (the first left-hand turn). Take Alan Black all the way to the stop sign and this is 218 (Fairview Rd). Go straight aross and the road is now Brief Road. You will go approximately a mile or two and the complex is on the right. There are three entrances, the first is a lower parking lot, the second is the main entrance and the third comes along the softball fields. Take the third entrance and come all the way to the back. The field is to your left-hand side down the hill.
2 - The other way is to take Hwy 51 to Mint Hill and turn right on 218 (Fairview Rd) right past "Pennys" resturant in Mint Hill. You will go past the new Mint Hill park on your right and the next left with all of the construction for 485 is Brief Road. You will go approximately a mile or two and the complex is on the right. The field is to your left-hand side down the hill.

From I-77 north or south: Take Woodlawn Road EAST Exit #6 and go east apprx 2 mi (see ** below).
From I-85 N take exit # 33 and turn RIGHT onto BILLY GRAHAM PKWY / US-521 S. Continue to follow US-521 S for apprx 5.9 mi crossing over I-77. Stay straight and BGP turns into WOODLAWN RD, continue for apprx 2 mi east on Woodlawn.
( ** )Woodlawn turns into Runnymede Lane. Cross Selwyn Avenue, go about ½ mile. Pass Selwyn Elem and Alexander Graham MS and look for Colony Rd.
Take a left at the light and intersection of Colony and Runnymede. Go over a couple of speed bumps and you will see the field on the left. The Myers Park High School entrance is on your left. You will turn left and go up a hill, past tennis courts and the gym into MPHS parking lot.

The street name changes a lot, though you go essentially straight for 12-15 mi total:

You will pass a number of fast-food restaurants on your left, including Burger King, McDonalds, The Joyful Diner, Arby's, and a Hand Car Wash. On your right you will see a Big Lots strip mall including CiCi's Pizza, Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin Robin.
Going Northwest on Sandy Plains Rd NE:
Pass a QuickTrip Gas Station (Publix Strip Mall behind it). Further on, you will pass the road to Kincaid Elementary School on the left. Keep going, and you will find a wooden fenced neighborhood on your right - this means you are close - just look ahead and to the left, and you will see a long chain-link fence over a baseball field. A little farther ahead, and you will see the school.
Going Northwest on E Piedmont Rd NE:
You will pass various neighborhoods at first. Keep going, and to your left will be a huge orange and grey office building. Past that is a Kroger shopping center and a strip mall. To your right is a small section of stores with a Subway, Mailing Office, and other miscellaneous stores. Look straight ahead, and you should see an intersection with Sprayberry on the far left side.
Going Southeast on Piedmont Rd NE:
You will pass a lot of neighborhoods, but you will get a clear warning of the school by a big baseball field, tennis courts, and a football field.

From 77: Take 77S into South Carolina. Take Exit 82A (HWY 161) towards York. Follow 161 for apprx 12-15 mi and it merges with HWY 5 BUSINESS. Follow HWY 5 for about 0.9 mi crossing Langham Branch Creek. Just past the creek is Connolly Road. Take a left on Connolly and after it crosses NC-324, it becomes Divinney Rd. After apprx 1.6 mi on Divinney you will see the school on the right.
If you miss Connolly turn just left onto 321 Business/HWY49. You will see the school on the left and turn left onto Deviney Road.
