Welcome to the home page for the Cape Cod Girls Softball League, bringing together teams spanning Cape Cod to Plymouth. The league offers girls competitive action at the U14 and U18 levels. All players are welcome to come and tryout for your hometown team.
The 5 week season will begin on June 22, 2009, with Playoffs starting July 27. Regular season games for U18 teams will fall on Mondays and Wednesdays, U14 on Tuesdays and Thursdays. All schedules can be found on both the Calendar and Schedules tabs. Locations are linked to Yahoo! directions on the Schedules page.
Playoffs will finish with a double elimination tournament held on Saturday and Sunday, August 1 and 2, 2009 at Dennis Yarmouth Regional High School. In the event of rain, all teams should be prepared to play on MW, or TTh August 3-6, to finish the playoffs.
League play is now underway after rain delayed the start a couple of days. Check out the calendar or schedule for game locations and scores. Get out and support our teams!
Hot Off The Press! Playoff Bracket pdf file is available under handouts. Playoffs begin tomorrow, July 27 with the Barnstable Bandits going up against the Riptides Black @ Barnstable High School. Games will continue throughout the week at various league fields. Culminating tournament will be played at Dennis Yarmouth Regional High School, home field for the Midcape Steamers U14 and U18 teams. Games will start at 10:00 on Saturday and 8:00 on Sunday.
