Canyon Country Little League ( CCLL ):Guestbook

Go Canyon Country!   Baseball has such great memories. One of my best players was a 12 year old pitcher I had back in the 1980's who would take a miniature 'GI Joe' action figure to the mound and place it next to his feet when he pitched (for good luck I suppose--we did win a title that year). But the weird part is that the other teams just laughed. Nobody ever complained about the toy.

Have a terrific season!
Best regards from Rick Fishman, author of Sandlot Summit, the funniest youth baseball story ever.

Congratulations everyone to a successful beginning to a wonderful 2009 season. Thank you to all board members who worked hard to get all areas of Canyon Country Little League running smoothly. CCLL has made many new improvements this season and is a wonderful place for our children to play baseball and softball!

Thank you to all of the Canyon Country Little League board members for your hard work in getting the 2008 season underway.

To all the parents: Enjoy the season! Invite aunts, uncles, and grandparents to the games. Our kids won't be this young forever! And they will really have fun playing baseball in front of a large crowd. It's all about the kids!

I would like to congratulate John Dall and his 9-10 yr old girls (All Stars 2007) in their demolishing of the other teams during their recent tournament.

Great Job Girls and John!

District 30 Little League

Great facility and website. I moved up here from Orange County about a year ago but am still involved with Little League down there. I am an ADA for District 30 and in charge of the Junior/Senior program for the D30. I managed, coached for 20 years and a board member for 10 years at Olive Little League prior to moving here. I do stop by from time to time to check out your games and wanted to let you know that you are doing a great job. If my schedule allows I might even inquire to see if you might be interested in using me as an umpire somtime.
Thanks
Kent Dodson

My D30 website is www.CADIST30.org - If you scroll down to the bottom of the front page you will see a link to get to our junior division. Our junior division in D30 is done as a district (22 teams) rather than each league individually.
