The Canfield Cardinals hockey program will be holding a Summer Hockey (June/July) camp in 2013. Dates and times will be announced.

Hockey at Canfield... A Proud Tradition

The Canfield Cardinals Varsity hockey is in its 14th year as a member of the Ohio High School Athletic Association. The Cardinals also are a member of the Greater Cleveland High School Hockey League Blue Central East Division.
The team has been in existence since 1997, when Dave DeJoe became the first head coach of the "club" team. In 2000-2001 the team was a provisional member of the GCHSHL and eligible for the state playoffs. Joe Villano followed Dave DeJoe as head coach and remained for 5 years until the 2006-07 campaign. The team's third head coach is Randy Emery now in his seventh year.   Mark Maxwell, former Cardinal goaltender is the developmental team head coach.  Paul Barnes and Joe Villano are assistant varsity coaches.

The Canfield Varsity and Developmental teams are self supported and operate through funds raised by the Canfield Hockey Boosters.  President Tim Cole begins his first year as board head.  Hockey booster vice president is Dr. John Clendenin, Treasurer Dr. Barb Drotleff, and Secretary Mary Crescimanno.
