Masters Curling athletes are 60 + and form one of the largest Curling Groups in Canada.
Canadian Curling Championship features Mens and Womens Provincial Champions from across Canada. For 2010 the Masters and Host committee's have adopted a two pool format . Each pool plays a round robin , followed by a Page Playoff for the athletes who are competing to win the 2010 Canadian Masters Championship Title.

Until 2010 a full round robin and a 3 team playoff format was used. Eight end games have been in use since 2007 (Previously 10 ends) Team skills shotmaking for tie- break situations began in 2007. Since 2009 last rock determination ( end one) is by a single draw to the button.
