Do you love football or cheering? Have you enjoyed being a part of the sport and are looking for a way to continue to work with the game? Then coaching might be an option to consider. Coaching youth football or cheering is exciting, fulfilling, and gives you an opportunity to pass your skills on to a new generation of young athletes. If you have experience playing and/or coaching and have what it takes to be a great coach, please continue reading to learn how to become a coach for CAMBRIDGE POP WARNER!

Requirements:

• Ability to work with kids ages 5 -- 15
• Ability to teach fundamentals of football or cheering
• Reliable
• Able to volunteer 4-5 days a week which includes Saturday competitions and Sunday games
• Good communication skills
• Enthusiastic
• Persistent
• Knowledge of football/cheering and its rules
• Plan and lead practices
• Problem solver
