The Bandits are a Developmental Professional Football team based
in the beautiful San Fernando Valley and are one of the longest running
organizations around. The Bandits are here to provide a Professional caliber
of live action, hard hitting football for our fans. We are a community based
organization that would like to provide a very comfortable atmosphere for our
fans, and to also show our appreciation by giving back to our community. The
Bandits are here to provide a higher level of football to players to fine tune
their skills and get their needed game film as they attempt to make it to the
next level of football. The Bandits are looking to put together a rich
tradition that will attract scouts, sponsors and media coverage.
Former Owner/Head Coach Tony Engeron has just finished his 2007 season winning
the WCFL Division Championship for their fifth time in six seasons defeating
the Grapestompers 33-7 who was the number one seed. The Predators have
appeared in the playoffs six consecutive seasons under his guidance but fell
short to the Trojans 17 - 0 for the 2nd straight Championship loss to make his
all time record at 56-19 overall (Pre-season Included, 1 game a year) and have
won the Championship 3 out of 5 times they have appeared with one being Arena
football in 2003.
Owner/Head Coach Tony Engeron will continue to build one of the finest
Developmental Professional Football teams in Southern California along with his staff who will work hard and long hours to make the 2008 season a memorable season. Together, they will be looking to make another run at a Division & League title. We hope the information we posted will assist you in any way possible. The Bandits are now looking to sign new players for the 2008 season. If you are interested in playing for a team with a winning tradition and a true family atmosphere, be a part of the Bandits organization for the 2008 season.
