From I-95 take exit 133 Fredericksburg/Warrenton (the US 17 Falmouth exit) Follow Business US 17 South towards Fredericksburg and Falmouth. Turn right onto US 1 (south) but do not cross the Rappahannock River (You should see a Mercedes Benz Dealership). Immediately turn right onto Cambridge Street, down the hill then sharp left (under US 1 bridge) onto River Road. Follow River Road east, with Rappahannock River on your right. Left at the toll booth into John Lee Pratt Memorial Park Alternative route if prolonged heavy rains flood River Road: From I-95 take exit 133 Fredericksburg/Warrenton (the US 17 Falmouth exit). Follow Business US 17 South towards Fredericksburg and Falmouth. Cross US 1 at the Falmouth traffic light, continue straight east on Butler Road. At lights by Earl's Hardware, turn right onto White Oak Road, Rt 218 West. Turn right at the lights onto Kings Hwy, Rt 3 West, heading south, but do not cross the Rappahannock River into Fredericksburg. Turn right onto River Road, even if marked closed to through traffic. Right at the toll booth into John Lee Pratt Memorial Park.

After you cross the Governor Thomas Johnson Bridge, proceed approximately 2.4 miles to the intersection of MD Rte 4 and MD Rte 235. Turn left on Rte 235 South and proceed to Chancellor's Run Road. Turn right on Chancellor's Run Road (at Sheetz Gas Station). Proceed approximately 1.7 miles and turn right into the park. Proceed to Field #2 or Field #4; Field #2 is at the entrance of the park and Field #4 is at the rear of the park.

Take Maryland Beltway to Georgia Ave South. Go approximately 5 blocks,turn right onto 16th St. Stay on 16th Street into the District. Proceed approximately 14 blocks. Once past Walter Reed Medical Center go four more blocks and turn left on Van Buren. Field is one block in on the left.
History Lesson for your kids:
Fort Stevens, now partially restored and located at 13th and Quackenbos Streets, NW, was built to defend the approaches to Washington from the 7th Street Pike (now Georgia Avenue) which was then the main thoroughfare from the north into Washington. Originally called Fort Massachusetts by the soldiers from that state who constructed the fort, it was later named after Brigadier General Isaac Ingalls Stevens, who was killed at the Battle of Chantilly, Virginia, September 1, 1862.

From the Dulles Greenway (Toll Road): Take the Greenway to the end. At the end, bear right towards the Frederick exit. At the next light (Sycolin Road) turn right. Continue on Sycolin Road until you get to the second road on the right, Tolbert Lane. Simpson is at the end of Tolbert on the right. Field is next to main parking lot in front of school.
Fields #1 and #2 are in the back of the school, #1 is closest to the school, #2 is furthest. Field #7 is located at the front of the school and is adjacent to the main parking lot.
