Ramón holds a USSF National "A" Coaching License and is a USSF Grade 6 (State 2) Referee. He brings to our team over 20 years of experience at all levels of soccer as a player, coach, manager and referee at both the youth and adult levels. Ramón is fluent in Spanish. The CYA Liberty's approach is dedicated to building team unity by focusing on individual player development within a positive environment that encourages and motivates players to excel. Mistakes are viewed as opportunities to acquire knowledge that refine talents and skills. Increased player achievement and confidence translates to greater ability both on and off the field.
