Information Request
Following is the list of information the league will require/will discuss during the course of any calendar year. This will enable you to make sure all your information has been turned in on time. Coaches and Representatives are also required to read and understand the By-Laws and Rules of the CWBL, and they are responsible for any information which may not be listed on this schedule.
- January
- League directory information must be turned in: the name, address, phone number(s), email of your organizations' President & CWL representative
- February
- March
- Exact number of teams being entered into each division.
- April - Roster Night
- All head coaches are required to attend the Roster Night Meeting. Failure to do so, or not have a representive in your place will result in a $25 fine.
- 7 PM - Teeball & Grasshopper Roster Meeting
- 8 PM - Biddy, Midget & Knee-Hi Roster Meeting
- April - Regular Meeting
- May - Regular Meeting
- June - Playoff Meeting
- Usually held on the second Tuesday of the month
- All games must be completed by this date or by another date which was predetermined by the league.
- Playoff seedings for the Biddy, Midget & Knee-Hi Divisions will be set.
- July
- During even-numbered years, election of officers for a two-year term. (This item must be changed due to the fact we no longer hold July meetings.
- August - no league activity
- September - By-law/Rules meeting
- October - By-law/Rules meeting
- November - no league activity (provided all By-law/Rules changes for the upcoming season have been completed.
- December - no league activity
